Looks to be just one
owner; great restoration project; off the road for many years; coming with the
original guaranty and a picture of the original owner with the
car
Thought to be a 1950 example
of Alvis’s well-regarded TA14, this interesting project has been off the road
for many years and will require a full restoration.
The car is
accompanied by an original Alvis brochure, instruction manual and a guarantee
dated 10th February 1950, all of which add useful period
provenance.
It is understood that the car
may have had just one owner from new, and a fascinating period photograph
showing the original owner with the car is included with the
sale.
The car is currently without a
registration and will need to be re-registered with the
DVLA.
Presented as a restoration
project, this TA14 offers the opportunity to return an interesting and
potentially very original example of this post-war Alvis to the road, with its
accompanying period documentation and photograph providing an appealing glimpse
into its early history.
